Feeling stuck even though you’re successful?
After years of building your career, something may feel… off.
You’ve gained experience and credibility yet you find yourself asking:
-
Is this still what I want?
-
Why does work feel heavier than it used to?
-
What would a meaningful next chapter look like?
-
Is it too late to change direction?
You’re not alone...
Career coaching isn’t just for people starting out.
Many mid-to-late career professionals reach a point where:
-
They feel burnt out or are no longer fulfilled by the work they do
-
Their future career path looks limited or unclear
-
Their career context has changed (e.g. they find themselves in a changing industry, they've experienced a lay-off, or have a new team or boss)
The Clearstride Career Design Lab was created specifically for this stage.
This is not about starting over. It’s about realigning, refining, and intentionally designing what comes next.

What past participants are saying
"It was refreshing to take time out of a busy work and personal schedule to just focus on myself. The perspective of others, strangers essentially, helped validate the feelings of the people within the co-hort. You honestly could see the growth and confidence of each member gaining from week to week. Shelley was an excellent facilitator and enabled everyone to set aside egos and being their vulnerable self to the session. It enabled deeper conversation and trust amongst the group." - S.B.
"What was most valuable to me in the program was the interaction and community members in the group have built. I found having others being in a similar position/mindset like me allowed for open conversation and an interest to dwell introspectively with our thoughts and decisions. It also allowed a level of accountability to ensure others were heading towards a path of progression without the demand of providing concrete results as everyone's journey changes. What was most useful was the use of the career wheel, it helped me visualize progress throughout the program." - E.J.
"It was a helpful self-analysis and doing it with a group of people going through similar struggles made me feel better about it. There was sharing and encouragement amongst the members, and the feedback from others shone a light on some of my own blind spots." - S.H.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
