Designed for teams of 3–10, the session combines structured conversation with hands-on exploration tools to bring clarity, alignment, and practical next steps.
How it works
This workshop is designed to move from conversation to insight & action.
Part 1: Guided Discussion
We begin with a structured, facilitated conversation to surface current thinking, assumptions, and challenges surrounding AI. This creates a shared understanding of where the team is today.
Part 2: Structured Exploration & Insight Development
Using a series of facilitated exercises, reflective prompts, and visual thinking approaches, your team will explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and make sense of how AI is showing up in your work.
This phase is designed to deepen thinking, make complex ideas more tangible, and support meaningful team alignment.
Format & Timing
This workshop is typically delivered as a half-day (approximately 3 hours), allowing enough time for meaningful discussion, exploration, and team alignment.
Sessions can also be adapted in length and scope depending on your team’s goals and availability.
