Growing up I lived coast to coast across Canada, and I learned that while growth looks different everywhere, clarity always moves us forward.

I work with leaders and teams who are ready to think differently, collaborate better, and create meaningful momentum in their organizations.

Before founding Clearstride I spent nearly two decades in corporate communications across multinational companies, government and consulting agencies. I am no stranger to navigating complex systems and high-pressure environments—from climate change policy and real estate regulations, to crisis communications and global brand initiatives.

As a coach, my approach is rooted in real-world leadership experience. I blend strategic thinking with a grounded, human-centered approach. I’m certified in coaching, change management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation. I also bring years of meditation and mindfulness training into my work, helping clients cultivate presence, clarity, and resilience.

At Clearstride, we operate as a coaching collective to offer scalable coaching programs for all business sizes. Whether coaching individuals or supporting teams through change, our mission is to create space for insight, unlock fresh thinking, and help people move forward with confidence and purpose.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and two active kids, nerding out over recycling, or trying to beat my record of 30+ escape rooms.
